OverviewQ&A Company Law deals with all the key areas of company law that a student needs to be familiar with when preparing for examinations, including some of the more complex areas of the syllabus such as corporate insolvency, capital maintenance and loan capital. The book is designed primarily for LLB undergraduates, but is also suitable for students preparing for company law examinations in different academic or professional contexts, such as business studies and accountancy degrees. It contains summaries of relevant law and a range of questions that encourage and assist learning. Detailed answers and commentary follow the questions, allowing students to critique their own efforts and to identify areas where more effort is required. Online resource centre The Q & A Series is accompanied by a dedicated online resource centre containing a glossary of legal terms and external web links plus links to related OUP titles.
