The book attempts to find answers to questions relating to sustainability in teacher training. In addition, it presents various training measures and criteria for effectiveness. What factors are crucial for the content of teacher training to be implemented in everyday school life? Does the 'Fortbildung Kompakt' training concept succeed in softening teachers' rigid views and encouraging them to reflect on and subsequently adapt their own teaching practices in the classroom? Are there changes in the views and actions of teachers who participate in Fortbildung Kompakt together with their colleagues? In this work, the author addresses the above questions and describes her experiences as a process facilitator at a primary school.
