She is a graduate of the University of South Florida College of Public Health where she earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health in the Department of Community and Family Health. Stephanie Miles-Richardson, DVM, PhD, is the founding Chair of the Department of Public Health Education at Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM).
