Dr. Rizwana Malik: doctorate in Agricultural Extension from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka, has demonstrated good achievements in her academic and professional career. Qualifying the National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2004, she has contributed to agricultural research, particularly at the grassroots level, focusing on disseminating technology to benefit fishers in general and farmer community in particular. Dr Malik's multifaceted involvement encompasses not only organizing training sessions and publishing approximately 40 research papers with an emphasis on practical applications but also leading various research projects. Her commitment to community development and the implementation of agricultural practices is evident in her work, which aims to enhance the lives and skills of individuals within the fisheries and other allied sectors. Dr Mudasir M Kirmani:working as Assistant Professor in the Division of Social Sciences, FoFy, SKUAST-K, holds doctorate in computer sciences. He has been associated with various projects which have been implemented to benefit the society in general and farmer community in particular. He has published more than 60 research articles, 02 books, and a good number of book chapters in reputed international publications.
