As the NHS embarks on further major change, its findings deserve to be heeded. David J Hunter, Newcastle University This collection of findings from recent studies of how NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups have been working shows what this part of recent English health policy has meant in practice. Rod Sheaff, University of Plymouth
