He focuses his practice on real estate finance, commercial lending, finance and business transactions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy. James H. Prior is a partner with Porter Wright Morris and Arthur in Columbus, Ohio, where he practices in the areas of employee benefits and commercial transactions. Jeremy S. Friedberg is a partner with Leitess Friedberg PC in Baltimore, Maryland.
