At the age of thirteen, Tom won gold at the European Championships and has gone on to become a four-time Commonwealth Games champion, a double FINA World champion, and an Olympic bronze and gold medalist. A three-time BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year winner and an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights across the world, Tom currently lives in London with his husband and son.
