Overview

With the Mayor and Bizarreville City Council implementing a broad series of social justice programs as part of their Liberala-palooza initiative, the door has been opened to every whiney fringe group imaginable to get more attention, and/or a piece of the redistribution pie. And these groups have discovered that incorporating a little bit of arson and looting into their protesting helps them amplify the seriousness of their demands. Plus, it's a good way to load up on some household merchandise that could otherwise could be hard to justify. The Police are somewhat handcuffed, so to speak, in terms of what they can or cannot do to combat the chaos in this New World Order. But Detective John Doodie has found a loophole in the new law that he may be able to use to quell the madness. He must hurry before a counter-uprising of Normal People occurs that causes further disorder and put the City on a path to become another Haiti, Venezuela, or even San Francisco.
