We believe in the power of PARENTS to educate and guide their children in learning how to read. We do this by giving parents the necessary early literacy knowledge and tools to teach their children. Collections 9-12 introduce and drill to mastery the common vowel sounds on our proprietary VOWEL REFERENCE CARD. These books are based upon Schuler Phonics, a well defined and structured evidenced informed early literacy approach.the common vowels sounds on the Vowel Reference Card.

Author Information

Mary Schuler MA, specialized trainer/tutor, is an experienced and result-oriented special education teacher with over 50 years of experience in the special education field. Obtaining her B.A. in elementary education from the College of St. Catherine's in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her M.A. in Special Education, Schuler taught kindergarten, 1st grade, 5th grade, and special education in public school settings. While teaching and tutoring, she discovered that solving learning problems isn't accomplished by just requiring the students to do more schoolwork. She developed/founded the literacy, math, and writing foundational approach resulting in hundreds of students achieving academic and life success. She now works with parent reading coach to train/coach parents/teachers on the literacy, math, and writing foundational approach.
