Author Information

Sharon Ficker, has had Fibromyalgia for many years. As she has battled through depression, pain, brain fog and isolation, she has found coloring, drawing/doodling and journaling to calm her and bring peace into an otherwise challenging world. Studies have shown coloring/drawing relieves stress and helps you unwind. She has developed this series of Coloring Therapy books drawing on her experiences with chronic illness. When she is not drawing and designing, Sharon enjoys cooking with her Husband, (she gives cooking classes to her grandchildren) crocheting and knitting, thrifting and repurposing. She lives in California, with her husband of over 41 years. She has 2 daughters, and 6 grandchildren.
