Desirée Bela-Lobedde es una escritora y comunicadora española afrodescendiente de ascendencia guineoecuatoriana, activista antirracista y afrofeminista. Ejerce de columnista en Público.es y de colaboradora en el programa de radio Vostè primer, en RAC1. Ofrece charlas, talleres y ponencias presenciales y también es formadora online. Es autora del libro Ser mujer negra en España (Plan B, 2018).
