He is also the founder and GCCO of TGH Collective. As a former regional CCO in J Walter Thompson Asia Pacific, Guan has helped Shell, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, P&G, HSBC, Unilever and other global brands to improve market share and solve complex business challenges. He operates well within this complexity, always matching flawless execution with inspiring creative ideas and staying true to the brand's DNA. A recipient of over 300 international, regional and local creative awards, Guan was fortunate enough to be recognized at Cannes Lions as a jury president for Outdoor-the first Asian in SEA to receive such an honour. He was also the first Asian to lead a prestigious global show called Design & Art Direction. He has been a jury president at Clio and at regional award shows like Asian Effies and Adfest. Known to be a creative innovator, Guan has spoken at TEDx and been a global keynote speaker in many industry events like Spikes Asia, AD STAR in Korea, Adfest in Thailand, Brand Magic Summit in Mauritius, One Show in China/NY and Cannes Lions in France.
