Ilker Cingillioglu, a.k.a. Professor Matt Matix, is an Assistant Professor with an extensive background in management consulting and organizational development. He was recognized as a Senior Manager in Australia by the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). His prior consulting work includes projects undertaken in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Turkey and Germany.
