Doc Dengenis successfully bargained 300 contracts for K-16 teaching and classified public employees for 31 years in Washington State, Michigan, California, and Oregon using a variety of styles of bargaining. He was head of the bargaining program for the Washington Education Association for 12 years responsible for all aspects of bargaining, especially training.
