Doc Dengenis successfully bargained 300 contracts for K-16 teaching and classified public employees for 31 years in Washington State, Michigan, California, and Oregon using a variety of styles of bargaining. He was head of the bargaining program for the Washington Education Association for 12 years responsible for all aspects of bargaining, especially training. Doc is the author of Bargaining Essentials and Advocacy Establishment of Rights.
