Appointed by the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, Mr. Scarinci serves on the Citizens Coinage Advisory Commission. The Commission considers and approves all designs for American coinage. He is recognized internationally as an authority on medallic art and has written and spoken extensively on the subject. Scarinci is the Managing Partner of Scarinci Hollenbeck and his practice focuses on government law including Municipal law, School law and business law where issues might involve government action. He has been designated as a Diplomat in Municipal Law and is a Trustee of the NJ Institute of Local Government Attorneys.
