Russell Porter, PhD, EdD, is the Vice President of Research and Economic Development and Professor of Business at Texas A&M University – Central Texas. In addition to supporting research in healthcare, alternative energy, and cybersecurity using big-data methods, his academic interest has focused on cognitive care education for the past 35 years. As a previous acute care administrator and licensed nursing home administrator, he provides a pragmatic approach to improving cognitive care through enhanced cognitive care education.Jeremy Berry, PhD, LPC-S, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas A&M University – Central Texas. He is a licensed professional counselor with 10 years of experience working with aging adults in clinical and research settings. He is dedicated to advocacy efforts aimed at improving the quality of care for aging adults.Sanfrená Britt is a doctoral student researching socioeconomic inequality and disadvantages in education. She teaches as Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University – Central Texas, and is an advocate for underserved and marginalized groups within the United States. Her educational background spans nearly 30 years and ranges from early childhood to higher education.
