Cognitive Behavioral Therapy covers absolutely everything you need to know about the subject. I gained some fascinating new knowledge. The book is so complete that I hope the author will produce a companion book that's an abbreviated version. Something like that might even be a handier tool than this one! This has been very interesting and useful as I am at present in the process of getting CBT. This has given me a brilliant perspective on the complexities of my mental health. A must read for anyone who is looking for a great way of getting clarity of your thoughts. The author definitely knows what he is talking about. This is a type of book I would love to read more than once and use it as a roadmap of how I should think for a more productive thought process. I got more out of this than years of therapy. This book is eye-opening and the preface gives the book it's heart. Anyone suffering with mental health issues or looking after someone with mental health issues can use the techniques in this book to gain insight and be more aware of intruitive thoughts, and behaviours
