Holistic Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Wellness Chef, Kassia Emily Fiedor weaves her love for plants, herbs, and vegetables into an empowering message of nourishment for the body, mind, and soul. She's dedicated to supporting local farms and is also an avid wild foods forager. Kassia loves cooking high-vibe food for retreats around the world, and teaching private cooking classes to empower people in their kitchens and inspire joy on their wellness journeys. Kassia lived in Guatemala for 5 years where she shared her healing food through classes and meal delivery. Amazed by the abundance of native superfoods, she fostered intimate connections with small organic farmers and artisans producing high-quality products. In her debut cookbook Cocina Holistica, Kassia infuses ancestral ingredients into healing plant-based dishes. It is more than a cookbook - it is a memoir from her magical time in Guatemala that reflects her deep love for nature, travel, and true healing through food. When Kassia travels, her passion is to infuse the plants from those areas into her dishes, creating a sense of place and connection.Kassia studied Holistic Nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley, CA, Western Herbalism at the California School of Herbal Studies in Sebastopol, CA, and culinary techniques at Three Stone Hearth in Berkeley, CA.
