Author Information

Clarissa Dickson Wright was a cohost of the television show Two Fat Ladies. She has run her own catering business, cooked on a yacht in the Caribbean, served 60 meals a day in her London luncheon club, and is one of only two women in England to become a guild butcher. Johnny Scott is a farmer, naturalist, and historian. They are the coauthors of A Greener Life.
