Lisa A. Dieker is the Williamson Family Distinguished Professor of Special Education at the University of Kansas and serves as the Director of the FLITE Center within the Assessment and Achievement Institute. Michelle Stephan is Professor of Mathematics Education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a former middle school teacher. Jennifer D. Smith is a certified Exceptional Education Teacher (ESE) with over 25 years of teaching experience in the public school system and currently a Teacher on Assignment for Seminole County Public Schools, FL.
