Author Information

Through the 7 year Honors Program in Medical Education, Dr. Wu earned a BA in biological sciences from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and an MD from Northwestern University Medical School. Dr. Wu completed his dermatology residency at the University of California, Irvine, California, where he was chief resident. Dr. Wu is currently a Councilor for the International Psoriasis Council and a Medical Board member of the National Psoriasis Foundation.  He is co-editor for 2 textbooks: Mild-To-Moderate Psoriasis, 3rd edition, and Moderate-To-Severe Psoriasis, 4th edition, which are the most widely referenced textbooks on psoriasis.  He has written over 150 peer-reviewed articles, of which over 50 are about psoriasis.  He is the President-Elect of the Los Angeles Metro Dermatological Society and Board Member of the California Society of Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery (CalDerm).
