She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University, and is licensed in California. Dr. Regueiro serves on the faculty of California Baptist University (CBU) and as the clinical director for CBEM, LLC, a crisis intervention service vendorized with California's regional center system. Noel Cooper, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist with specialties in clinical supervision, foster care and adoption, and clergy family issues.
