Bidyadhar Maharana, a Post Graduate in Agronomy from Odisha University of Agriculture& Technology (OUAT) has about 55 years of government service in Agriculture Department of Odisha and Consultancy experience. He has received professional trainings from CRRI, GAA, MANAGE, NAARM, IIM, Lucknow etc. He was a National Professional in a GOI-UNDP assisted Sub-programme 'Strengthening NRM and Sustainable Livelihoods of Women' in Tribal Odisha for five years. He was a freelancer Consultant in many WB, IFAD, DFIR, ADB, UNDP, UNICEF, CARE and IWMI assisted projects in the state of Odisha for about 15 years. Ballav Chandra Nayak, M.Sc.(Ag) Ph.D. was Professor of Agronomy in Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology (OUAT) from 1995 to 2003 with 24 years of teaching and research experience.
