He has a doctorate in Laws from the European University Institute, and has worked as a legal researcher on transnational public law at King’s College London and the University of Barcelona, where he has also taught international environmental law. His fields of expertise include climate change law and governance, European environmental law and regulation, and international environmental law. Additionally, he is an attorney at law specialized in environment, energy and public law. He works at Cuatrecasas giving legal advice to private and public entities on all aspects of climate change regulation, environmental disputes and litigation.
