Climate Change Mitigation: Indian Perspective addresses the issues of climate change mitigation. Dr. Ashish Kumar Srivastava is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow. An LL.M. gold medalist from Law School, Banaras Hindu University, he did his Ph.D. from National Law University, Jodhpur. Dr. Srivastava started his career in National Law University, Jodhpur, in 2008. He has several publications to his credit in reputed journals.
