Mr. Benikov is criminal defense lawyer and law professor in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Benikov estimates he has represented over 10,000 defendants charged with crimes ranging from major felonies to misdemeanors. In his practice Mr. Benikov has worked as a prosecutor, public defender and private attorney. Mr. Benikov has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine, Top 40 Attorney Under 40 in Arizona by ASLA and is rated 10/10 SUPERB by the attorney rating website Avvo.com Mr. Benikov is also an Adjunct Professor at Arizona Summit Law School. He has been teaching there since 2011. Mr. Benikov has taught classes including Law Office Management, Pre-trial Practice, Professional Responsibility, and Trial Skills. This is the second book written by Mr. Benikov. His first book was published by Aspen Press in 2013 and is entitled Starting A Law Practice and Professionalism for New Lawyers.
