Author Information

Missy Stahr is a native of Arkansas where she still resides. She attended Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, receiving a degree in theater arts and psychology. She later completed her master's degree in special education at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She is a former teacher, having taught for several years in the public school system. Although she has written poetry and music, this is her first novel. She has since written a second novel, with an idea for a third! She has always been an avid reader and especially looks forward to her book club meetings once a month. She shares a home in rural northeast Arkansas with her husband, dogs, cat, horse, and many other wild birds and animals.
