Overview

In this story of Clay, he is from a small town Nestle between two large national parks in the southeastern region of the country, who lost the love of his life and now he finds himself on a quest to find another beautiful wildflower. Clay begins having recurring dreams after the love of his life walked away from him and consequently divorced him. These dreams were shockingly similar in their patterns. He would always find himself in different locations and he had many amazing adventures that would at some point lead him to a very interesting middle-aged couple who he has found himself staying with for a while, while searching for his new love. Come along with Clay on his quest to find the prize that God had promised him and see how his journey unfolds.

Author Information

George C Mills was born in Jones County, Mississippi, and raised in a small community of Mulberry. Surrounded by family and friends who instilled in him the values of faith in God and the importance of hard work-where the simple rule was, ""if you don't work, you don't eat"" he credits these hard lessons for shaping the man he is today. Growing up with two older brothers, two younger brothers, and two younger sisters, George began his education at Glade Elementary in Jones County before his family returned to Mulberry, where he completed his schooling at Clara High School in the mid-80s.After finishing his education, he started out working as a flunky at a local sawmill. As he continued his work, he managed overtime to become a lumber grader while serving in his home-town National Guard where he had multiple deployments overseas. His first deployment was Desert Shield / Desert Storm which he talks about in his book entitled (""The Footprints of an American Soldier""). While on this journey of life George wrote several books such as. ""As the Journey Begins, Looking forward as the Journey Continues, and many others, such as Clay's battle between true love and lust, the highly anticipated sequel to Clay faces Gloria's Ultimatum.
