My classroom management book is to inform and help a new or veteran teacher with their classroom management skills. A teacher must enjoy what they do. Teachers must have good classroom management skills to be successful in the classroom or gym educational learning environment. My book is an essential step-by-step blueprint to achieving good classroom management skills. The book consists of ten chapters. The first chapter discusses the purpose of wanting to be a teacher. The second chapter discusses the teacher's student approach and interaction. The third through fifth chapters discussed the three basic essential building blocks for establishing order in the general education classroom or gym setting. Rules, consequences, and rewards are key ingredients in establishing good classroom management. The other chapters of the book are key guides or blueprints to help a new or veteran teacher be successful in the classroom or gym learning environment. My book is to help a new or veteran teacher retire from their school system, not get fired. By reading and implementing my book, a new or veteran teacher will be successful in their educational career and endeavors. The readers of my book are getting nineteen years of veteran teaching experience. I have had the opportunity and privilege to work in the elementary and middle school setting. By reading and following my blueprint, it will help new or veteran teachers be successful in a gym or classroom setting.
