Francis J. Mootz III is professor of law at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He is author of Rhetorical Knowledge in Legal Practice and Critical Legal Theory. Kirsten K. Davis is professor of law and director of Online Legal Education Strategies at Stetson University College of Law. She founded Stetson's Institute for the Advancement of Legal Communication. Brian N. Larson is associate professor of law at Texas A&M University School of Law. Kristen K. Tiscione is professor of law and legal practice at the Georgetown University Law Center. She is author of several book chapters and textbooks, including Legal Writing: From Advice to Advocacy, a Contemporary Approach.
