Author Information

Mickey Baskett has produced over 2,000 instruction books with more than 40,000 projects. After starting her career at a crafts product company, Mickey went on to join PLAID Enterprises as editor of their publications department. Now, through her own company, Prolific Impressions, she continues to create craft booklets and how-to books, as well as make appearances on TV craft shows. She is author of the recently published The Tranquil Home (0806971010), and bestsellers such as Wire Jewelry in an Afternoon (1402701322) and Fabulous Painted Furniture (0806922516). Ed Smith works as a freelance florist, artist, and designer. He is a member of the American Institute of Floral Designers and the Society of Craft Designers.
