Dr. Mohammad ( Mo ) Iqbal, D.Sc., PE, SE, has over 40 years of experience as a civil and structural engineer. He is the co-author of Parking Structures: Planning, Design, Construction, Maintenance, and Repair, and has written numerous technical papers and magazine articles. Dr. Iqbal holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, a master of science degree in civil engineering from Middle East Technical University, and a doctorate degree in civil engineering from Washington University at St. Louis. Ali A. Iqbal, PE, has worked as a civil engineer since 2004. He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from California State University, Sacramento, and a certificate of project management from California State University, East Bay.
