Annika Goodwin grew up in the Ozark hills and attended College of the Ozarks, a work/study school in southwest Missouri. She has worked in Wyoming as a ranch hand and presently works in the field of aquaculture, raising rainbow trout and brown trout for the State of Missouri. She has long been a fan of dystopian fiction. The Light Bearer Series is a product of her desire to create a means of teaching about the love of God, the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God in the format of a science fiction dystopian novel.
