This book ""GO GREEN"" helps us to remember to be patient, to recycle properly and efficiently. We can do our part by being sure that the right stuff goes in the right recycle bins. We want to avoid recycle stuff ending up in the landfills. Many of our landfills are already ""land filled"" with immediate new landfills under construction. When landfills become filled to their capacity, the runoffs are headed to our lakes and waterways. We must be engaged in the recycle process to be able to reduce climate change conditions. Recycling will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, create a cleaner atmosphere, a healthier environment and a healthy planet too. We should make efforts to reuse or ""remake"" products that we would otherwise be headed to the retailer to buy ""new"". There is an urgent need to reduce plastic bags and making your own reusable bags from an old t- shirt will make a major impact on reducing plastics in our landfills. Trying a meatless Monday, only means, not eating meat once a week, which is not asking too much to help change the course of global warming. Meatless Mondays will not only help reduce deforestation, a major contributor to global warming, but you'll be building a healthier you, as well. So, a little effort, to reduce, reuse, and recycle, will go a very long way and make a major impact on climate change. Be a part of the movement to ""lead the way to save our planet""."
