Zerric Clinton is an artist educator who resides in Metro Atlanta. He has taught art education at the secondary level for over 20 years. Dr. Clinton is the author of The Power of Popular Culture in Education: History, Music and Visual Imagery. Dr. Zerric Clinton is a lifelong artist educator that enjoys teaching art and creating abstract works of art based on social issues, personal experiences, and inspiration from various forms of music. As a featured Healing Humanity of Steffen Thomas Art Museum artist, some of Zerric's work focuses on the way art can heal. Recent shows that Zerric has participated in are: Hold the Line 2, Arts Xchange Gallery, East Point, GA. A Decade of Creativity: Celebrating 10 Years of Art, Emma Darnell Aviation Museum, Atlanta, GA., 5th LaGrange Regional Art Exhibition, LaGrange Art Museum, LaGrange, GA., Two Sides of Color, Shape and Form, Emma Darnell Aviation Museum, Atlanta, GAZerric Clinton received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University.
