OverviewAn absolutely hilarious picture book with an important message- whatever your body, or bottom shape, you should love yourself and celebrate the wonderful diversity of the human form. A small girl listens to her older sister complaining about her bottom. Surely it has not grown since last summer? Look! She can't even fit into her swimsuit. But the small girl thinks her sister's bottom looks lovely, and asks her to consider the following- noses, mouths, ears and eyes are all shapes and sizes - and so are bottoms. Big bottoms are useful for crash landings and, if you are a queen, keeping you comfy while sitting on your throne for long periods. If you are a princess, however, a small bottom can be a boon for detecting peas under the mattress, but on the other hand, not so good for riding horses... Once again Nicholas Allan combines laugh- out- loud humour with real insight and warmth that cannot fail to raise a smile.
