Overview

This is the story of my journey through life with debilitating, chronic back pain-and my work to find a real solution that would allow me to live without it. It's a story that I would rather not tell, but I feel I must. It's important to me to share with you several things I've learned from my journey: how chronic back pain develops, what I endured as I tried to find solutions, and the methods I finally used to solve my back pain problem once and for all. Armed with this information, you benefit from my journey and learn how to free yourself from pain. My goal with this book is to fundamentally change the way our healthcare system currently treats chronic back pain. There are way too many people who are living and suffering with it. If I can prove the current treatment model is wrong, I can help these people. If I can help just one person get out of chronic pain, then all of the time that I have spent searching for answers, documenting results, and writing this book will have been worth it. I am confident that, if my ideas are actually implemented, millions of people can be helped in very real ways.
