Overview

The lives of Christopher Salvatore, Phil Matheson and Lazarus Thompson interact as they discover the ways of the world, the good in it and the evil in it. Through the Grace of God, human courage and transformation, these three men change the course of destiny. When Lazarus' father attempts to poison his son to death to keep him from undoing his legacy, Phil, a charming psychopath, intervenes to stop the sinister plot. Can Christopher's gift of healing revive Lazarus, so he can restore America to its former glory? Filled with philosophical ruminations on religion and political conspiracies, Christopher's Touch considers the machinations and implications of a global government planned for the near future.

Author Information

The patriarch of a Christian family, Thomas J. Durney earned a living and amassed a modest fortune as a career radio broadcasting executive, a sales seminarist, the author of a comprehensive sales and sales management manual, and a restauranteur. Although he has issues with the Catholic Church and is not a member of one, he attends mass every Sunday to participate in the consecration of the body and blood of Jesus Christ. He and his wife also go to a bar every week. He has written everything from humor to essays to poetry but has never before published his work. Based upon his consuming interests in religious and political philosophies and an abiding belief in a plan to submit America's sovereignty to a global government, he wrote this one and only book. He lives with his wife of fifty years, Amy.
