Alan Kreider is former Director of the Centre for the Study of Christianity and Culture, Regent's Park College, Oxford. Isabella D. Bunn is a Fellow of the Centre for the Study of Christianity and Culture, Regent's Park College, Oxford. Bob Goudzwaard is Professor of Economics at the Free University, Amsterdam. Lord Griffiths of Fforestfach is International Advisor, Goldman Sachs International. Donald Hay is Head of the Division of Social Sciences, University of Oxford, and Professorial Fellow of Jesus College, Oxford.
