Overview

By request, I am publishing the two addresses made at the conferences held in San Francisco and Los Angeles in 1930. My hope is that this volume may prove as useful in arousing the reader to a more vigorous understanding of Christian Science and a deeper appreciation of Science and Health, as has The Line of Light, published in 1929, thus corroborating Mrs. Eddy's statement in the Preface to Science and Health, that, A few books, . . . based on this book are useful. In preparing the addresses for publication, I have tried to avoid duplication as much as seemed wise. Also, by request, I am including a letter written to a friend in December, 1929, which has already been freely circulated and is thought to be helpful. (signed) Herbert W. Eustace
