Bob Kellemen, ThM, PhD, is the executive director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition and the founder and CEO of RPM Ministries. Bob has pastored for over a dozen years and now serves as chair of the MA in Christian Counseling and Discipleship department at Capital Bible Seminary (Maryland). He is the author of 16 books, including Equipping Counselors for Your Church. Stephen Viars, DMin, has served as the senior pastor of Faith Church in Lafayette, Indiana, for more than 30 years, where in addition to his teaching ministry, he oversees Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries. He is a frequent speaker at conferences nationwide and abroad, and the author of Putting Your Past in Its Place.
