New-now available. Book 2 of the series Choosing: A Healthy Lifestyle (""Change""). Jeff Shammah is a freelance personal trainer with over 40 years experience. A former gymnast, martial artist and weightlifter; who holds the belief that a human being needs to be touched by all the arts: exercise nutrition, meditation, music, dance, art work, plants and animals, in order to be truly healthy. He is a graduate of S.C.S.U. (1986) in New Haven CT. with a B.S. degree in Physical Education. The creator and owner of Fitness Results NYC Inc., a health and wellness studio that for 25 years fully integrated all forms of exercise and therapeutic arts (est. 1990-2015). He has worked with individual clients of all ages and genders, some, for as long as 30 years each, through: general health, injury, rehabilitation and illness. He is the author of the books Exercise. Why?, Exercise. How? and Exercise. What?Jeff hopes that through writing he will expand his knowledge and experience, and share what he has learned with future generations.
