OverviewThis is a collection of poems written by my Mum (Sandra) and myself. We decided to compile some of the poems we had written to each other over the years as we live in different countries. We always knew it would be hard living in different places; like many during Covid, we didn't see each other for over two years. This collection enabled us to work on a project together and share our ideas, feelings, and writing with one another - despite being apart. Chokri is a nickname we both had growing up - given by our families - we decided as a word it represented us and our different but shared journeys. At the end of the day, we are both still those little cheeky girls at heart. Cassandra Greenwell is a senior school Humanities, Social Sciences, and soccer specialist teacher in Western Australia. She grew up attending a range of schools in different countries. Cassandra has always loved playing sports, in particular soccer. However, it wasn't until senior school when she developed a love of poetry and literature. She has fond memories of sitting in Le Delice Café with her mother, Sandra, analyzing poetry and discussing various authors. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
