About the Author: Dr. Robert Retherford is a licensed minister and member of the Evangel Association of Churches and Ministries. Dr. Retherford has used his gift of teaching in many ways, including teaching high school and middle school, and consulting with teachers, administrators, and private companies. In 1984, he found God's calling for his life and went into private practice as a counselor. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Master-Level Social Worker, and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is also a member of the interfaith DeColores and Cursillo Ministries, and has led the three-day short course in Christianity three times. Dr. Retherford is happily married to his wife of over forty years, Linda, and is the father of two beautiful adult children, Susan and Michael.
