C.H.I.S is based on a true event and police operation in the East End of London and it was one undercover officers assignment to Infiltrate the gang who have taken over his old neighbourhood. Why was Woody chosen when many officers with more experience could have been picked? He had a personal connection to this area, it was his childhood home. There were no friends, just targets!
