OverviewThe explosion was heard and felt miles away. All 35 workers and Uyghur ""patients"" were killed except Dr. Gao Ming, the new director of the ""Specialized Facility for Mental Health Solutions"" in Urumqi, western China, 200 miles from the Kazakhstan border. This secret Chinese Communist Party laboratory did experimental brain surgery on Uyghur dissidents to test whether cognitive abilities could be surgically enhanced. The answer was ""Yes."" The Party expanded the experiment in a nearby hospital to gene-edit elite Chinese volunteers. They, as Super Agent Telepaths (SATs), then dominated the U.S. in a negotiation on Arctic Ocean fisheries. But President Xi is worried that his Chinese Communist Party's control of the people and China's standing in the world community are weakening. He seeks a non-military silver bullet. He develops a 100-year plan to germline gene-edit human embryos not just to treat brain diseases such as Alzheimer's or Parkinson's but to create superior cognitive abilities of 40 million Chinese. These intellectually-elite Chinese ""Chosen Ones"" will be an unstoppable collective force, a CHINESE MASTER RACE FOR A NEW WORLD ORDER. Feigning mental disability and memory loss after his laboratory is blown up and with help from the illegal Chinese Underground Railroad, Dr. Gao attempts to flee China westward through Central Asia as a freight train brakeman on the Trans-Caspian International Railway. China repeatedly attempts to kidnap or kill him. ""Hide and seek"" by Chinese Communist Party and American CIA agents plays out in Ankara, Turkey. Thanks to the shadowy American Levi Salinger and CIA agent Sereni in Ankara, Gao reaches the U.S. Dr. Gao Ming can expose the ""Chosen Ones Plan"" but only if his former hospital nurse, Ms. Liang Fumei, is brought to the United States. Using this nurse as bait, a high level Party assassin, Wu Bin, tracks Dr. Gao down in Boston's Chinatown. A dramatic and shocking murder occurs in a Boston, Massachusetts subway station. U.S. President Stafford dramatically exposes Xi's entire 37-page Chosen Ones Plan for a Chinese master race. International condemnation of the Plan results. China is in crisis. Even President's Xi's imaginary friend who visits Xi in his dreams abandons him. President Xi must make a decision. Either retain the Chosen Ones Plan and hide its implementation somewhere, or succumb to world pressure to scrap it completely. Dramatic developments influence Xi's Truth or Dare decision. What will he do? A surprise ending awaits the reader.
