He was formerly Economic and Trade Representative of Argentina in the US and held the positions of Secretary of Industry and Mining, Under-Secretary of State for Industry and National Director of Foreign Trade in Argentina. - LONG YONGTU is currently China's Chief Trade Negotiator and Vice-Minister of Trade. - FRANCISCO C. SERCOVICH is currently Senior Policy Advisor to UNIDO's Director General. He has published several works on economic development and international development and technology flows.
