Author Information

Tad Ferris is a Partner in Holland and Knight's Business Law Section. As a principal with the firm's China team, he helps multinational corporations and other entities develop and implement successful investment strategies that minimize legal and other risks in the China market and in other developing country jurisdictions. He is the author of numerous works on developing country, international regulatory, and transnational legal issues. He is also Chair of the USCIB China-Environment Working Group, and is a member of the China Task Force of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD. Hongjun Zhang is a Partner in the China Team at Holland and Knight. He is perhaps best known in China and elsewhere throughout the world for his work in the product regulatory, environmental, health, and safety areas.
