Author Information

At the time of this writing, Paul Weaver is an ordained deacon and pastor at Still Waters Mennonite Church of Jackson, Ohio. He is also assistant director of Christian Aid Ministries. Paul and Orpha have one daughter and three sons. Julia Stauffer, the author of this book, lives in Michigan with her husband, Lawrence, and their three young sons. Jeremy is married to Jennifer, and Andre and Anthony still live at home. As you read about some of Paul's important experiences, his desire is that you will find the heavenly Father he loves and be strengthened in your faith. His great concern is that God is seen and glorified in this book. Though he went through months of fear and turmoil before he surrendered to God, and though he experienced miracles and heavenly visits, he does not want Christians who haven't had such experiences to begin pursuing miraculous signs or doubt their standing with God.
