Author Information

Kathleen George was born in Richmond, Virginia, where she now resides with her husband and two chipmunks of her very own, Emma and Max. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2005 before pursuing a master's degree in French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007, and a law degree from the University of Richmond in 2012. When not negotiating contracts, she can be found playing Legos or dress-up, and writing children's books based on her real-life experiences as a mom. A self-taught artist rooted in the wilds of Oregon, Louisa Mae works in many different mediums ranging from traditional art to detailed digital paintings. She is always seeking new and exciting ways to be inspired by the world around her.
